Drawing - Drawing And Digital Alteration
Drawing doesn't come easily to me. In fact, it's very difficult. I don't make images of myself usually, this is a rare self portrait.

Of course being depressed is not wonderful, but as an artist to be able to capture that in a painting, a film or sculpture . . . that is where the wonderful lies!:)

Of course....=) I know what you meant. What I was saying is, I would much rather convey happy and uplifting emotions than sad or depressing ones. However, I do work through all emotions, so the result is that many feelings are shown throughout my work. =)
Dear Angelina . . . depressing is wonderful! Probably the single most expressed emotion we have as human beings is sadness. And to be gifted enough to be able to express such a deep emotion . . . there are not words enough of gratitude that could be found for possessing such a gift! Beautifully done Angelina!
Thank you so much Rachel. I don't think depressing is wonderful...but artistically, I find it freeing to work through all emotions. We are capable of so many feelings...and I am glad you can see what I am expressing in my work. Thank you.
What a smart idea to use both traditional way drawing and digital effect! Well done, Angelina! I do appreciate you nice feedback on my "Still Life", thank you!!
Thank you Xueling!
Very nice work, Angel.
Thank you Kip!
You are so creative Angelina. Great idea. Well done
Thank you Dan, I think it's kind of depressing looking...but I liked the digital alteration.
