This is a new series that I created as a contemporary triptych depicting dandelions in a large vertical format. I intentional made just one dandelion connect on each side of the center. Continuing the image but not exactly the same way.

It may seem like minimalist compositions are easier to create because there is less to see. It's actually harder than more complex compositions. Everything needs to be in just the right spot. Add too much and then it's gone too far and ruined. Struggling for the right balance of presenting an idea versus not giving enough to depict it is like walking on a tight rope.

By the way...this series is meant to be connected to two more pieces, but it can hang alone if you like. It prints VERY large.
