Description
A few months ago I was driving down the interstate and all the sudden I couldn't steer. I couldn't move the steering wheel except for about an inch left or right. So I quickly started veering the car, to get off the road. As I was moving over I smelled burning rubber. Popped the hood, lo and behold my serpentine belt is shredded to bits. I had to wait with my daughter 4 hours for the tow truck, it was raining outside and it ruined the evening but at least I didn't get into an accident. What you are looking at is the serpentine belt, a photo that I altered over and over again to make into this piece of art.

What an amazing and frightening story Angelina! And this creation, this dramatic abstract, really does justice to it - giving us a real feel for the danger you were in. Fabulous work. F/V

Thank you very much Lianne! I've been in 4 car accidents, it's made me a bit leery diving...I was just relieved my daughter and I were safe. I'm glad you enjoyed the art I made out of it...=)
